Our Prodcuts

MS billet

MS billet

MS Billet is a length of iron metal that has a square cross-section. It is a semi-finished steel product that is primarily used as raw material for rolling into bars, rods and other structural steel products. MS Billets manufactured by our Company are primarily used for captive consumption to manufacture TMT bars and Structural Steel Products. Our Company  manufactures MS Billets of various sizes such as, 100 x 100mm, 130 x 130mm, 160 x 160mm and 200 x 200mm. We  also sells MS Billets to our customers.

TMT

TMT bars or Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars, are high-strength steel bars manufactured by our Company from MS Billets. Our Company manufactures TMT bars using the thermex quenching technology to provide corrosion resistance characteristics, high-yield strength, bendability, weldability and ductility along with resistance to fire and earthquake and are used in construction to resist tension and provide support. These TMT Bars are certified as a green product by the CII – Green Products and Services Council.

Grades of TMT bars

The TMT bars are graded based on various compositions. These compositions determine the characteristics of TMT bars such as malleability and hardness. Our Company manufactures TMT bars of various grades such as Fe 500, Fe 500D, Fe 550 and Fe 550D.

Usage of TMT bars

Our TMT bars are available in different sizes, ranging from 8 MM to 32 MM and in different grades and can be used for varied purposes and in diverse industries.

Section (MM) Usage
8 MM 8 mm TMT bars are primarily used in construction for fabricating rings or stirrups, which are incorporated into pillar and lintel structures. These bars provide essential support and reinforcement, enhancing the stability and integrity of columns and lintels during the construction process.
10 MM & 12 MM 10 mm and 12 mm TMT bars are commonly used in the construction of RCC rooftops and slabs. These bars are recommended for their ability to carry heavy loads in various RCC structural elements, including columns, beams, slabs, and cantilevers
16 MM 16 mm TMT bars are primarily recommended for constructions comprising ground floor plus one or more additional floors. These bars are suitable for supporting the load of upper floors, ensuring structural stability in multi-storey buildings.
20 MM, 25 MM and 32 MM 20 mm, 25 mm, and 32 mm TMT bars are recommended for strengthening foundational work. The increased thickness of these bars offers superior grip, effectively sustaining the load of upper floors. These sizes are commonly used in the construction of large-scale projects to ensure enhanced structural integrity.

Structural Steel Products

Our Company, since February 2026, started manufacturing structural steel profiles such as Angles, Beams, Channels, Girders, Flat bars and Rods (“Structural Steel Products”). Our Company manufactures these Structural Steel Products from MS Billets.

Angles

Angles

Angles are hot-rolled structural steel sections available in equal and unequal leg configurations, offering high strength, dimensional accuracy, and excellent loadbearing capacity. Our product range includes Angles from ISA 100×100 mm to ISA 250×250 mm in various grades, catering to diverse engineering and fabrication requirements. Known for their durability, weldability, and ease of fabrication, angles are widely used in transmission and telecom towers, buildings, bridges, industrial structures, railways, framing, trims, brackets, renewable energy installations, and general engineering applications.

Channels

Channels are hot-rolled structural steel sections with a U-shaped cross-section, offering high strength, rigidity, and load-bearing capacity. Known for their excellent weldability, dimensional accuracy, and durability, channels are widely used in industrial sheds, warehouses, power plants, refineries, railway electrification structures, bridges, machinery frames, and large infrastructure projects. Our product range includes Channels from ISMC 75×40 mm to ISMC 400×100 mm in various sizes and thicknesses, suitable for light to heavy-duty applications.

Channels
Beams and Girder

Beams and Girder

MS sections i.e. beams and girders are widely used in construction frameworks, industrial sheds, infrastructure projects, fabrication works, and general engineering applications. Our Beams and Girders are manufactured to deliver strength, dimensional accuracy, and consistent performance across a wide range of structural and fabrication applications. Produced using quality-tested steel and controlled rolling processes, these sections offer weldability, formability, and loadbearing capacity. They are available in various sizes such as 125 x 70 mm to 600 x 210 mm and can also be supplied as per standard specifications or customized to meet specific project requirements. Our focus on quality control and adherence to applicable Indian and international standards ensures reliability, durability, and uniformity in every beam and girder supplied.

Flat bars and Rods

Flat bars and Rods are versatile steel products designed for a wide range of structural, fabrication, fastener, construction activities and general engineering applications. These products offer high tensile strength, excellent durability, and superior machinability, making them suitable for both load-bearing and utility purposes. Manufactured in multiple dimensions to meet customised requirements, our Flat bars are available up to sizes of 120×10 mm, and 600×40 mm in accordance with IS 1730:1989, while Rods are available up to 150 mm in diameter in accordance with IS 1732:1989.
